At Solid Mass Defense, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our tactical gear, ensuring you have reliable equipment for the mission ahead. Please review our clear terms and policies below.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your gear fails due to a manufacturing error, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
COVERED
- Cracked or broken Kydex shells under normal use
- Faulty hardware or mounting attachments
- Structural failure of belt loops or clips
NOT COVERED
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
- Loss or theft of equipment
- Unauthorized modifications or heating
- Negligent use or improper maintenance
FITMENT & ORDER ACCURACY
Each holster is molded to specific firearm and light configurations. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct model. If we ship an item that does not match your ordered specifications, we will provide a prepaid return label and exchange it immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All sales are final on custom-made holsters and gear tailored to individual firearm specs. These items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we cannot modify specifications or issue full cancellations for custom projects.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Report any shipping damage or missing packages within 48 hours of scanning delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve lost shipments or replace damaged units.
