ORDER PROCESSING
Orders enter production immediately after confirmation. Please note that any processing times shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates, not guarantees.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers must verify firearm make, model, generation, light, handedness, optic accessories, retention, mount, color, and shipping address before submitting. Incorrect details can cause delays or additional costs.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes are not guaranteed once production begins. Please contact Solid Mass Defense immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation for your order.
SHIPPING
Tracking information is emailed as soon as it becomes available. Please be aware that carrier transit estimates are provided for information and are not delivery guarantees.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address submitted. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if an address error occurs.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact Solid Mass Defense promptly with your order number, photos, and original packaging if applicable so the situation can be reviewed and addressed.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
When a carrier marks an order as delivered, please notify Solid Mass Defense promptly if the package is missing so we can review the next steps with you.
