ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Solid Mass Defense website, browsing our content, or purchasing products, the customer explicitly agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site immediately.
PRODUCTS & FITMENT
Our products are precision-engineered for specific firearm and accessory configurations. Customers are solely responsible for verifying their firearm make, model, generation, barrel length, light/laser attachment, handedness, optic setup, retention level, and mounting system before placing an order. Solid Mass Defense is not liable for fitment issues arising from incorrect customer selection.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance by Solid Mass Defense. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of checkout through the payment methods offered on our site.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and made-to-order items are handcrafted to individual customer specifications. As such, these items may be subject to different change, cancellation, and return rules than our standard product line. Please review your custom selections carefully before submitting.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once production has commenced, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a modification or cancel your order, please contact Solid Mass Defense customer support as soon as possible to determine the current status of your build.
SHIPPING
Shipping options and estimated lead times are provided at checkout. Please note that carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
All returns and warranty claims are governed by our separate Warranty & Returns policy page. Please refer to that page for full details regarding eligibility, timeframes, and procedures for returning a product or initiating a warranty service.
PROPER USE & SAFETY
Customers are solely responsible for the safe and lawful installation, adjustment, and use of all Solid Mass Defense products. Users must strictly follow all firearm safety rules and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm carry and gear.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content, branding, photography, and original product designs are owned by or licensed to Solid Mass Defense. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
PROHIBITED USE
This site and our products may not be used for any unlawful purposes, to violate international or local regulations, or to infringe upon the rights of others. Unauthorized attempts to access site data or disrupt service are strictly prohibited.
